The art is the only thing good about this calendar and the makers can't take credit for that. It's bound like a book, so it doesn't lay flat on a wall, no holes punched at the top either. Some holidays are indicated by the date number being green or red but there is no indication as to what the different colors mean. The printing on the boxes and numbers are both, the painting part looks ok. I would not recommend this for purchase. I could have printed one better. I'd return, but my fault for not looking more closely at it before wrapping as a Christmas gift for my son.
