I have been getting a Thomas Kinkade calendar for years, as I have a nice wood stained (cherry) frame I got many years ago. The calendars always look nice in it. This calendar has the usual beautiful pictures that you expect from TK and each month has a Bible verse as well. The only thing I don't like is that it also has a quote from TK about the particular painting and it is just far too much writing for my liking. It takes up the spaces of where the squares for the day of the week are, therefore making the squares smaller. If I had seen this in a store, I probably would have chosen a different calendar, but since I ordered it, I will just keep it. It's not horrible by any means, but it is just too much writing. I'll be a bit more careful and observant next year when picking out my Kinkade calendar and chose one with less writing.
